Enterprise Development Map and Enterprise Development Primer
The Enterprise Development Map is central to the Enterprise Development process. A graphic representation of the Enterprise Development Framework, the map provides visual cues and touchstones along the client journey. Clients co-create an Enterprise Development Map based on their specific circumstances and challenges, and then follow that map through strategy to execution of their vision for the future.
The Enterprise Development Primer is a twenty-four page “skeleton” version of the key tools presented in full detail in our book, The Dynamic Enterprise: Tools for Turning Chaos into Strategy and Strategy into Action. The Primer is a concise introduction to the Enterprise Development Map and the Toolkit for filling it in.
