Lisa FriedmanLisa Friedman, Ph.D. is co-founder of the Enterprise Development Group and co-author of The Dynamic Enterprise: Tools for Turning Chaos into Strategy and Strategy into Action. She works with enterprises globally to facilitate a shared understanding of the emerging trends transforming industries, to shape vision and strategy for the future, to teach simple but powerful innovation practices and to align organizations to realize their goals. In addition to her consulting and training work, she is a frequent speaker and workshop leader on strategic thinking and change management, creating value through innovation, future-driven leadership and sustainable enterprise. She coordinates EDG client exchanges and designs EDG’s innovation tours, bringing leaders from around the world to Silicon Valley to explore examples of innovation throughout the enterprise.
